The Duchess of Gloucester, Patron, Civil Service Sports Council, this afternoon attended the inaugural Women's Football Tournament at St. George's Park, St. George's Park National Football Centre, Newborough Road, Needwood, Burton-on-Trent, and was received by Mr. Graham Morley (Vice Lord-Lieutenant of Staffordshire).

Balmoral Castle

The King this morning opened the MacRobert Farming and Rural Skills Centre, Dumfries House Estate, Cumnock, Ayrshire, and was received by the Education Director of The Prince's Foundation (Ms. Jacqueline Farrell).

His Majesty viewed the classrooms and met students and members of staff.

The King and Queen this afternoon attended St. Leger Stakes Day at Doncaster Racecourse, St. Leger Way, Doncaster, South Yorkshire.

Balmoral Castle

The King this morning visited Broke Not Broken at the Muirs, Kinross, and was received by His Majesty's Lord-Lieutenant of Perth and Kinross (Mr. Stephen Leckie), the Founder and Trustee of Broke Not Broken (Ms. Clare Slight) and Miss Annie McCormack (Chairman).

His Majesty, escorted by the Chairman, viewed the food bank store, the Charity's vegetable garden and met volunteers and members of staff, before visiting an art exhibition at St. Paul's Episcopal Church Hall.

The King afterwards visited Kinross Day Centre, 64 High Street, Kinross, to mark its Fortieth Anniversary and was received by the Chairman of Trustees (the Reverend Alan Reid) and Mrs. Agnes Cook (Manager).

His Majesty met volunteers and members of the local community who use the Centre, and beneficiaries and staff of Rachel House, Children's Hospices across Scotland.

The King this afternoon attended a Reception at Dumfries House, Cumnock, Ayrshire, to mark the Fifteenth Anniversary of the opening of Dumfries House and Estate to the public.

The King held a Council at Dumfries House at 5.30 p.m..

There were present: the Rt. Hon. Penelope Mordaunt MP (Lord President), the Rt. Hon. Jeremy Hunt MP (Chancellor of the Exchequer) and the Rt. Hon. Grant Shapps MP.

The Rt. Hon. Grant Shapps MP took the Oath of Office and kissed hands upon appointment as Secretary of State for Defence.

The Rt. Hon. Claire Coutinho MP took the Oath of Office, kissed hands upon appointment and received the Seals of Office as Secretary of State for Energy Security and Net Zero.

Mr. Richard Tilbrook was in attendance as Clerk of the Council.

The Rt. Hon. Sir Clive Alderton (Principal Private Secretary to Their Majesties) was in attendance.

The Rt. Hon. Penelope Mordaunt MP had an audience of His Majesty before the Council.

The Rt. Hon. Jeremy Hunt MP (Chancellor of the Exchequer) later had an audience of The King.

The Duke of Edinburgh this morning visited Trelya, the Lescudjack Centre, Penmere Close, Penzance, and was received by His Majesty's Lord-Lieutenant of Cornwall (Colonel Edward Bolitho).

His Royal Highness, Patron, afterwards visited Hall for Cornwall, Back Quay, Truro, Cornwall.

The Duke of Edinburgh this afternoon visited Healeys Cyder Factory, Penhallow, Truro.

The Princess Royal, Patron, Restorative Justice Council, this morning opened the Inaugural Northern Ireland Conference at Stormont Hotel, Upper Newtownards Road, Belfast, and was received by Ms. Cheryl Lamont (Deputy Lieutenant of the County Borough of Belfast).

Her Royal Highness, Chancellor, University of the Highlands and Islands, this afternoon attended the North, West and Hebrides Annual Graduation Ceremony and Celebration of Success and Achievement at St. Peter and St. Andrews Church, Princes Street, Thurso, and was received by His Majesty's Lord-Lieutenant of Caithness (the Viscount Thurso).

The Duke of Gloucester, Grand Prior, the Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of St John of Jerusalem, this afternoon attended a Reception at St. John's Gate, 26 St John's Lane, London, EC1, to mark the Tenth Anniversary of the Organ Donor Award.

The Prince and Princess of Wales, Duke and Duchess of Cornwall afterwards met Members of We Are Farming Minds at Kings Pitt Farm, Aconbury, Herefordshire.
