His Royal Highness, Commodore-in-Chief, Royal Fleet Auxiliary, afterwards visited the Naval Support Facility, Port of Mina Salman.

The Duke of Edinburgh this evening attended a Dinner given by His Majesty's Ambassador to the Kingdom of Bahrain (His Excellency Mr. Alastair Long) at the Residence in Manama.

The Princess Royal today attended the Rededication Service of Southport War Memorial, London Square, Lord Street, Southport, to mark its Centenary and was received by His Majesty's Lord-Lieutenant of Merseyside (Mr. Mark Blundell).

The Duke of Gloucester, President, the Lutyens Trust, this morning received Professor Clive Aslet (Chairman) and Mr. Martin Lutyens (Trustee).

Balmoral Castle

The King this morning visited Global Underwater Hub, 1 Abercrombie Court, Arnhall Business Park, Prospect Road, Westhill, Aberdeen, and was received by His Majesty's Lord-Lieutenant of Aberdeenshire (Mr. Alexander Manson) and the Chief Executive (Mr. Neil Gordon).

The King, escorted by the Chief Executive and Mr. Michael Jones (Chairman, Global Underwater Hub North Advisory Group), viewed a submersible Remotely Operated Vehicle on display and live footage from an underwater vehicle deployed in the North Sea, before meeting members of staff and representatives of organisations linked to the subsea economy.

His Majesty subsequently viewed display stands featuring diving technology, three-dimensional underwater visualisation and science to restore marine habitats, and associated educational outreach programmes.

The King this evening held a Reception for the Royal Warrant Holders Association at Balmoral Castle.

The Queen this evening attended the Braemar Literary Festival Dinner at the Fife Arms, Ballater, Aberdeenshire.

The King and Queen were represented by Major Henry Robertson (Lieutenant of The King's Body Guard of the Yeomen of the Guard) at the Memorial Service for Colonel Greville Tufnell (former Lieutenant of The King's Body Guard the Yeomen of the Guard) which was held in All Saints Church, North Cerney, Gloucestershire, today.

His Royal Highness this afternoon attended a Meeting with The Crown Prince of the Kingdom of Bahrain at Al-Qudaibiya Palace, Manama.

The Duke of Edinburgh was later received by The King of Bahrain at Al-Sakhir Palace.
